Hello! I've been in the wonderful world of cakes and cupcakes for 5 years now. I graduated from "Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts School" and discovered my passion and love for anything to do with cakes, sweets and fondant.
It's truly a sweet and rewarding career! :)
I first worked along side the amazing talent of Beryl Anne Byrd in San Diego, CA in her cake shop "Just Fabulous Pastries". Later, I moved on to cupcakes, and when "Cupcake Love" in Solana Beach, CA opened their new business, I was beyond excited to be their Pastry Chef. I loved every minute and learned so much at both places.I also had the great pleasure of competing on the hit TLC show "Ultimate cake off" twice last year. What a memorable experience!

I'm now newly married and setting out on my own with cakes, cupcakes and fondant creations.
Fondant has always been my favorite part of any project. I love working with it and creating the perfect custom items to complete someones order.
